Are the sneakers painted by hand?
Yes. Reiyu designs are drawn and painted by hand, so small differences between pairs are part of the work.
Can I request my own design?
Yes. Use the Custom Order page to describe your idea and attach reference images, and we'll come back to you by email.
Can I buy a pair now?
Yes. Choose a design and size in the shop, add it to your bag and complete checkout. Each pair is then painted to order.
How long does production and delivery take?
Each pair is painted to order, so production usually takes a few weeks. Current production times, delivery estimates and costs are on the shipping page, and we confirm your timeline by email once the order is placed.
How do I choose a size?
Sizes are EU. A size guide for the selected sneaker base is shown on the product page; if you are between sizes, write to us.
What about care and returns?
Keep your pair dry and clean it gently by hand — no machine washing, no solvents. Designs from the collection can be returned unworn within 14 days; custom pairs are made for one person and cannot be returned for a change of mind. The returns page explains both, and what happens if a pair arrives faulty.
